Let us all understand that as great a team thinks they have before the season starts ,if the chemistry is not evident, there will be no playoff opportunity which might bring a Stanley Cup. Michel Therrien couldn't wave his magic wand to forge a playoff contender and was replace half way into the season with Dan Bylsma who brought out the best in the grinders as well as their top tier players. As far as the Pens losing defense man Hal Gill,I only hope he will learn how to skate backwards to complement his greatness along the boards and in the corners. He may have to take the lead out from his feet.
