If the Atlanta Thrashers fail to re-sign forward Ilya Kovalchuk, the Boston Bruins might get in on the action and sign the star away from Atlanta. Kovalchuk is one of the games premier players.  If Atlanta loses him they will be back to square one.  Thrasher fans deserve better.
